It adds a special page in the WP Settings tab which lets the admin select which dashboard widgets wants to remove or not.

All default widgets (not that usable) will be listed here automatically.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
